With automatic strapping machines the strapping is fed through a frame around the packaged item. The strapping can be triggeredby either hand or foot switch or by desk ball, depending on preference.

PERFORMANCE

PERFORMANCE is suitable for requirements from approx. 40 packages per day. Due to the externally-mounted strap coil it is possible for you to replace the strap coil quickly and easily.

PERFORMANCE+

performance+ PERFORMANCE+ is based on PERFORMANCE and has three significant additional features, which simplify your work with the machine:

Automatic strap feed following a coil change
Automatic strap ring ejection following defective strapping
Strap end ejection as soon as the strap coil is applied

PERFORMANCE+ PET

performanceppet PERFORMANCE+ PET is the first strapping machine to operate with PET strapping. Its equipment is identical to PERFORMANCE+ but the use of PET strapping has considerable advantages in comparison to PP strapping:

9 mm PET strap is more cost-effective than 12 mm PP strap with the same tensile strength
PET exhibits lower elastic recovery, the strap tension is therefore maintained for longer
PET is more splice-resistant than PP strapping
PET is extremely impact-resistant and harder wearing, meaning that maintenance costs are lower

The PERFORMANCE range is also available in fully-automatic configuration (PERFORMANCE+A) and as a side unit (PERFORMANCE+S) for integration into a conveyor line.

MultiStrap

multistrap MultiStrap bridges the gap between the PERFORMANCE-series and the SPEED. It is applied for requirements where fast and cost-effective strapping is necessary, e.g. at medium-sized print-shops.

SPEED

speed SPEED has been designed for narrow PP strapping and is used by our customers primarily in areas where speedy and efficient strapping is essential, e.g. in press operations or print shops.
