MBB (Mechanical Brake)
- No pre-stretch; the tension exerted on the product is set mechanically on the film carriage
EMB (Electro Magnetic Brake)
- No pre-stretch; the tension exerted on the product can be precisely adjusted using an electromagnetic film brake, directly from the control console
VPT (Variable Mechanical Pre-Stretch)
- 0 to 90% film pre-stretching (i.e. 1 m film becomes 1.90 m); pre-stretching is carried out by two non-driven rollers with varying translations drawing on the film
IDP (Intelligent Dynamic Pre-Stretch)
- 90/150/175/200% film pre-stretching (i.e. 1 m becomes 3 m) – pre-stretching is carried out by two driven rollers with varying speeds; due to the drive, greater pre-stretching is possible than with VPT; due to the fixed drive stage the pre-stretching level setting is carried out in progressive stages
VDP (Variable Dynamic Pre-Stretch)
- 0 to 250% film pre-stretching (i.e. 1 m film becomes 3.5 m); pre-stretching is carried out by two driven rollers with varying speeds drawing on the film; the level of pre-stretching is constantly adjustable directly from the control console
DPS (Dynamic Pre-Stretch System)
- 90/150/175/200% film pre-stretching (i.e. 1 m becomes 3 m) pre-stretching is carried out by two driven rollers with varying speeds; due to the drive, greater pre-stretching is possible than with VPT for example; due to the fixed drive stage the pre-stretching level setting is carried out in progressive stages
